LA Diaper Drive provides diapers to low-income families in the Los Angeles
area with an emphasis on fostering safe and healthy environments through education. We are
virtually an all-volunteer charity that is supported 100% by donations. In addition to
relieving financial pressure from the parents, the diapers are often used as incentive to
take important life skills classes aimed at improving lives and promoting safe and healthy
families. |

We provide diapers year round to low-income parents. We do this by giving the diapers to charities
and community-based organizations, which distribute them to the low-income families that they support. We encourage
these partners to use the diapers as incentive to attend parenting, life skills, GED prep, or other valuable classes.
Examples include Friends of the Family's Young Moms/Young Dads program which works with parents ages 13-21 and The Children's
Institute, a non-profit that specializes in the treatment and prevention of child abuse and neglect. |
